Agriculture – mostly crop growing – is a traditional and highly productive field of activity of the Schweighofer Group.

Currently, we grow cereals on an area of approx. 1,000 hectares in Romania. Moreover, we are in the process of building a cereal storage facility with a drying and cleaning capacity of 18,000 tons.

The Schweighofer Group therefore actively pursues the goal of acquiring arable land in the north-eastern region of Romania in the Botosani district against cash payment or exchange of land in other parts of the country.
